Occupational Therapists are skilled at supporting living meaningful lives by analyzing and creatively approaching out clients. Across practice areas, OTs have to balance the productivity demands expected by employers with the needs of our patients/consumers. Through an interactive presentation and collaboration with practitioners working within similar practice areas, we will creatively approach the challenge of meeting workplace demands and client care.  Skills and strategies will be explored to support the balance maintaining client care/best practices with productivity demands.

 

Objectives:

- Identify skills to support meeting productivity demands

- Collaborate with peers on best practices and client care needs within practice setting

- Identify new approaches to caseload management while ensuring best practices

 

Registration begins at 5:30, Dinner - 6:00, Adjourn by 8:00
